Welcome to Windy Hilltop Publishing. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Windy Hilltop Publishing provides professional book sell sheet design services for authors and publishers.

Each order includes:

• A professionally designed sell sheet using a selected layout style 
• Customized content based on the information you provide 
• A print-ready PDF and digital version 
• Up to two (2) revision rounds focused on content updates 

Design structure and layout remain consistent with the selected template.

All payments are processed securely through Gumroad.

• Payment is required in full before work begins 
• Prices are listed on the product page at time of purchase 
• Orders are considered confirmed once payment is completed 

To begin your project, you must provide:

• Book title and description 
• Author bio 
• Cover image 
• Any additional requested details 

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all submitted information is accurate 
• Providing content in a timely manner 

Delays in providing materials may delay delivery.

• Standard delivery: 2–3 business days after all required materials are received 
• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on workload or complexity 

Each order includes:

• Two (2) revision rounds 

Revisions include:

• Text edits 
• Minor content adjustments 
• Small layout refinements within the selected design 

Additional revisions:

• May be available for an additional fee 
• Typical fee: $20–$30 per revision 

To maintain a high-quality and efficient process:

• The overall design structure is not customizable beyond the selected style 
• Full redesigns, major layout changes, or switching styles after delivery are not included 
• Larger changes may require a separate project or additional fee 

Due to the custom nature of this service:

Refunds are not provided for:

• Completed or partially completed work 
• Change of mind after purchase 
• Failure to provide required materials 

If you have not yet submitted materials, you may contact us to discuss your order.

While refunds are not offered, we are committed to delivering a high-quality result.

We will:

• Work with you through the included revision rounds 
• Ensure your content is presented clearly and professionally 
• Make reasonable adjustments within the scope of the service 

• You retain full ownership of your book content and materials 
• You grant us permission to use submitted materials solely to complete your project 

We may:

• Display completed work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes 
• Unless you request otherwise in writing 

Windy Hilltop Publishing provides design services only.

We do not guarantee:

• Book sales 
• Bookstore placement 
• Reader engagement 
• Marketing performance 

Results vary based on factors outside our control.

Our services may involve third-party platforms including:

• Gumroad 
• Website hosting providers (e.g., GoDaddy) 

We are not responsible for issues related to third-party services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
